We also use infrared technology to find water leaks, insulation deficiencies, and air conditioning leaks in the attic. 99% of the houses I inspected had A/C leaks (from the ducts in the attic) and missing insulation and were cooling their attics without realizing it. Along with that we will do any type of remodeling and all home repairs "No job too big or too small"

Kyle is not doing inspections anymore but has kept his license just in case. In order to keep our prices down we only provide General Liability Insurance and Bonds when asked for by the customer, or required. We are happy to add insurance to any job, just ask for it and we will get you a quote along with your bid.

Kyle Ligon, owner of KDL Construction, lives in Lakeway, TX and has 30 years of experience in the residential construction industry. In addition to an Associates Degree in Building Construction, he also is a licensed home inspector, by the state of Texas (TREC # 8222). He is also registered with the Texas Residential Construction Commission #43965. He has done it all, from the foundation to the roofing and everything in between. He takes pride in his work and does everything as if it was his own.
